SIZE GUIDE

HERE YOU WILL FIND OUR BEST ADVICES TO HELP YOU FIND THE PERFECT SIZE FOR YOU

BEFORE YOU START – YOU MIGHT ALREADY KNOW YOUR RING SIZE (WITHOUT REALIZING IT)

If you already own some rings, check whether the size is engraved inside them. Some brands include the size, and this can be very helpful. It may be a number between 4 and 68. If you find it, you can compare it with the size chart below, where the French sizing system is also indicated. This will help you determine the size of your finger.

The fit of a ring can vary depending on its shape: the taller or wider the ring, the tighter it will fit, and vice versa. If you are using the size of a ring you already own as a reference, and that ring is very thin, consider choosing at least one size larger for taller rings (for example, our custom Skyline rings). If you have any doubts about the fit, please contact us.

Please also check the reference sizing system. Preziosa uses the Italian ring size system. If you know your size but in a different sizing system, simply check the conversion in the size chart, which you can download from this page.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Your right and left hands are not the same size, so keep this in mind when determining your ring size.

  • The fit of a ring changes depending on its shape: the taller the ring, the tighter it will feel, and vice versa. If you have any doubts about the fit, contact us.

  • Preziosa uses the Italian ring size system. If you know your size in a different system, simply check the conversion in the size chart available for download on this pag

CUSTOM SKYLINE RINGS

If you already know your ring size but are using a very thin ring as a reference (for example: an eternity band, wedding band, solitaire, etc.), please note that the Skyline ring is taller, so it will fit more snugly. In these cases, we generally recommend choosing 1 or 2 sizes larger.

Example:
If you wear a slightly tight thin band size 11 on your right ring finger, choose a custom ring size 13.

Example:
If you wear a thin band size 11 that fits just right on your right ring finger, choose a custom ring size 12.

If you do not know your size and want to determine it using the method described below to find the correct size for your custom ring, make sure to wrap the paper strip tightly around your finger and measure as accurately as possible.

HERE OUR BEST TECNIQUE TO FIND YOUR RING SIZE

STEP 1

You will need paper, scissors and a sharped pencil.

Cut a strip of paper 1cm high and 10mm long

STEP 2

Roll the strip of paper on your finger for which you want to know the size starting from one end of the strip.

Hold on tight enough.

Mark the exact point where the two ends overlap.

If you are afraid to get confused, draw a line on the piece of paper that wraps around your finger

NOTE: you need to be very precise in this step

STEP 3

Spread the strip of paper on the table and place a ruler next to it.

Check the length up to the marked notch (I recommend considering the part of paper with draws over the pencil line)

The length corresponds to the circumference.

Compare with the table below to know the corresponding size

STEP 4

You can find the matching sizes (e.g. 9-11-13 etc.) with the sizes of Preziosa (e.g. XS-S-M etc.) on the product page, in the description of the jewel.

Note: The sizes of Preziosa range from XS to XL, some rings are exceptions that also dress as little finger that also have the size XXS
