HOW TO UNDERSTAND WHICH JEWELRY YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE

You can find all the customizable jewelry collected in a specific category:

1. Go to the main menu > "CUSTOMIZED"> "customizable jewelry"
2.  In this page you can find all the jewels that we can customize with your favorite skyline
3. Choose the type of jewel you want. You will find descriptive photos of the finished product, all the information on dimensions, manufacture and color variations and of course the price
4. Once you have selected the product, you will find the "configure" button on the pages. Click on this button to access the skyline configurator section

HAVE YOU CHOSEN THE JEWEL? NOW BUILD YOUR OWN SKYLINE!

The configurator allows you to build the skyline with the locations you prefer.

You have access to a library of monuments created by Preziosa, you can insert  and remove monuments until you are satisfied with the result.

Each type of jewel has a different starting BASE. If you select bracelets and necklaces you will see ONLY the customizable plaque, not the chain (which you have already seen on the previous page describing the product)

Each BASE contains a specific number of blocks that you can fill with monuments. Under the render is visible the exploded BASE with marked with cleats the number of blocks that the base must contain

Monuments occupy different spaces, you can find the number of blocks that each monument occupies always indicated with cleats under the monument itself

To view monuments you must first choose a location from the drop-down menu

To insert a monument just click on it

To remove monuments you have to click on the monument in the exploded base

When you insert the monument in the jewel, the occupied cleats will become green, the others are still free

You can insert monuments of several different locations, just return to the drop-down menu and change the destination

To facilitate the selection of monuments you can leave at most ONE empty cleat! It will be up to us to ensure that there are no gaps in the ring at the end

As you insert the monuments the jewel will build itself, you can rotate the image of the render to see the result

Among the locations you will find some different categories, such as "animals", "fillers", "silhouettes" and  "jolly"

These categories contain elements not related to specific locations but that can help you complete your jewel.

In particular the JOLLY category allows you to choose "empty" blocks and you can tell us yourself what to represent. This is especially true if you have the desire to insert in the ring a very specific monument not present in the library or something very personal (e.g. your childhood home).  In this case you will tell us what you want to have represented and/ or possibly send us a photo by email of the building/ element you want

Once the jewel is completed you can confirm, it will be our task to harmonize the monuments so that the skyline is homogeneous and the structure resistant

As indicated in the completion phase we will add the Preziosa logo on the jewel where we will consider it more appropriate

NB:

Production times are always indicated on the product page, we assure you that we always try to deliver your jewelry as soon as possible.

We remind you that each jewel is designed specifically for you and is entirely handmade.

In particular, the plated jewelry will require a few more days of processing
